The ScreachTV app just shows a moving red line.


  • Check your device is connected to the internet, this can be done by accessing the network setting on the device. Or by launching another app such as YouTube or App store on the device. 

  • If you have confirmed the device has an active network connection. It is possible that ports or firewall protocols may be blocked ScreachTV from operation on your venues network.  

  • Ports that are required to be open are 443, 8443 and 8883 and host names *.screach.com and *.amazonaws.com You may need to contact your venues IT department.
