Publishing media to the local venue channel
Got your media uploaded or selected from a template? It’s time to publish your media assets to your local venue channel.
1. Start by navigating to the venue you wish to publish media in using the location selector in the top right of the Hub, then go to the Promotions area, this can be found in the main navigation menu. Here you will see the various media you have added.
Top tip! The screen area icons in the top right of each media item identifies which Multi Screen format the media item includes - you can hover over the media item to see the asset in each format!2. Click and hold on the media item you want to publish to your players, then drag them to the right of the screen into the Active Promotions column.
Top tip! If you want a specific media item to show more frequently than others, you can drag into the active promotions list multiple times!3. The media dragged into the active promotions list is automatically saved and published to your players.
