Publishing media to multiple local venue channels

Got your media uploaded at company level? Screach allows you to distribute media to multiple venues all at once to save you time and to ensure marketing is consistent across multiple venues. 



1. Start by navigating to the company level you wish to distribute media from using the location selector in the top right of the Hub. 
2. Now go to the Promotions area, this can be found in the main navigation menu. Here you will see the various media you have added.
Top tip! The screen area icons in the top right of each media item identifies which multi-screen format the media item includes - you can hover over the media item to see the asset in each format!
3. Select the 3 dots icon to the right of the media item that you want to distribute to multiple venues, this will display several options – select Distribute from the dropdown options. 
4. A popup window will appear where you can select all, groups, venues and individual players depending on where you want to publish the media item. Click in the boxes to select the venues and players.
5. Once the venues have been selected, select Distribute – if you navigate to the individual venues, you will see the media item in the Active Promotions column. 
Note: when distributing media from company level, venue level users will not be able to remove the media from the Active Promotions column – this can only be done by the level it was distributed from!
