Playing live streamed channels on venue players
Already got a sports subscription license from our Content Store? Time to get it showing in your venue.
1. Start by navigating to the venue you want to play the live channel in using the location selector in the top right of the Hub, then go to the Content Store, this can be found in the main navigation menu.
2. Now select a channel or programme that you have a subscription for and click the Watch Now button.
If you do not have a valid subscription licence, this button will not be available!
3. A popup window will appear where you can select venue players you want to show the channel on. Click in the boxes to select the players – then complete by selecting Update.
Note: Players can take upto 10 seconds to switch to the chosen content, depending on network conditions.Need additional support? Please contact our Customer Support Team.
