How to reset the Data and Cookies related to the player.screach.com in Google Chrome

If you have deleted your web player form the portal and are having issues with re pairing your Google Chrome web browser, follow the steps below to clear cookies and data specifically for the player.screach.com web platform. 

 

  • Make sure all Chrome windows are closed 

  • Launch the Chrome web browser 

  • On the top bar you will see three dots in a vertical line click on this. 

  • Now select Settings 

  • In the left-hand column select Privacy and security 

  • In the main section select Cookies and other site data 

  • Scroll down the page and select See all site data and permissions  

  • Find Screach.com and press the drop-down arrow 

  • Locate player.screach.com  

  • Select the bin icon 

  • A pop up will appear stating 

Clear site data and permissions for player.screach.com 

You’ll be signed out if this site, including in open tab 

Any offline data will be cleared. 

  • Select clear. 

  • Close the chrome window using the X in the top right corner 


Re launch Chrome and in the URL banner type.  

Player.screach.com  

Use the onscreen paring code to pair this web browser with your tv.screach account.
