Removing adverts from your promotions

Want to stop showing a promotion in your venue or completely delete it from your account? Here’s how.

1. Start by navigating to the venue you wish to remove the promotion from by using the location selector in the top right of the Hub, then go to the Promotions area, this can be found in the main navigation menu. Here you will see the various media you have added.

2. To the right of the screen, you will see your Active Promotions column, this contains the promotions that are currently showing in your venues channel. To remove a media item, click the X (cross) to the right.

This will instantly remove the media item from your channel, but it will stay in your account if you wish to show it again at a later date!

3. If you want to completely delete the promotion from your account, on the left side of the screen click the 3 dots icon to the right of the media item you wish to delete, this will display several options – select Delete from the dropdown options. 

This will permanently delete the media item from your account; however, it may still be showing in your Active Promotions column!
