Checking a players online/offline status

To show live content or newly updated venue promotions (any new adverts you add into your venues Active Promotions), your player device must be online (connected to the internet).

Here’s how you can check the status of your venue’s player devices:

1. On the Screach Hub, navigate to the venue you wish to check the player device’s online/offline status in using the location selector in the top right of the Hub. Now go to the Players area, this can be found in the main navigation menu.

2. Here you will see all your venue’s players; beside the name of a player, you will see a circle colour indicator:

Green: Player online

Red: Player offline

If your player is offline, you should check if your internet is working or if your player device is connected to internet. 

3. If you want to check when your player device was last online, click on the player. At the top of the winder that appears you will see the last online time and date.
