Changing the screen layout and orientation of a player in your venue

Got portrait screens in your venue or want to switch on Multi Screen display?
Multi Screen display enables you to upload and display promotions beside live sports and engaging marketing channels to maximise screen attention.



1. On the Screach Hub, navigate to the venue you wish to change the player’s screen layout or orientation in using the location selector in the top right of the Hub. Now go to the Players area, this can be found in the main navigation menu.
2. Here you will see all your venue’s players, now select the player you want to change. 
3. Once selected, a window will appear to the right – select Modify at the bottom of this window. You will then see the current Screen Layout and Screen Orientation of your player which you can change by clicking the available options (like Multi Screen or Portrait Clockwise depending on your needs). 
Note: Multi-screen is only available in Landscape screen orientation. 
4. Once changed, click the Save button – your player will then successfully change layout. 
Multi-screen and portrait media items in your Active Promotions will only show on your screen if the correct Screen Layout or Orientation is set.
